ScalePod started with a simple problem: game studios run a growing stack of internal tools — deploy dashboards, migration UIs, service consoles — and every one of them needs accounts, permissions and audit trails. What is ScalePod?
ScalePod is the control plane for your game services. It manages team members, permissions, projects and secure access links for the dashboards your studio runs.
How does the SSO access link work?
Admins generate a signed, short-lived link per project. Opening it hands the user a JWT that the dashboard verifies with the shared secret — users never need separate accounts.
Can I revoke access at any time?
Yes. Links expire automatically, and removing a member's permissions instantly invalidates their access.
Do you support self-hosting?
Yes — ScalePod runs entirely in your own infrastructure. Docker Compose and a seed script get you up in minutes.
What happens on the free plan?
Starter is free forever: leaderboard, event management, player accounts and basic analytics. Upgrade any product to Pro or Enterprise when your game grows.
How does billing work?
Plans are applied per product, not per organization. When one of your games grows, upgrade just that product — the rest stay on their current plans. Each product shows its plan and included features on its page.
How do I get support?
Starter includes community support; Pro and Enterprise add priority and dedicated support with an SLA.
